Fallston Veterinary Clinic

Hospital Guidelines

We have a few hospital guidelines at Fallston Veterinary Clinic to ensure our clients and patients have the best visit possible. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call.

Appointment Policy

Apart from emergency situations, we operate on a schedule basis to ensure that our veterinarians have plenty of time with every patient. We ask that you schedule your appointment at least a few days in advance of your desired time so we can adequately prepare. We also ask that you arrive early to your appointment to fill out any required paperwork and update your records. Please inform us of any anticipated delays greater than 10 minutes so we can see if you need to reschedule.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you miss your appointment and fail to notify us, we will place a $31 missed appointment fee on your account.

Arrival Policy

All animals visiting our facility must have a proper restraint, whether that be on a non-retractable or locked leash or in a carrier. To keep all staff safe throughout the appointment, notify us of any known biting or scratching issues, as well as any concern over contagious diseases. This way we can take proper precautions to prevent the spread of disease.

Payment Policy

To provide the best quality of care possible for our patients, we kindly ask for payment in full at the time of appointment.

Festival Veterinary Clinic accepts the following payment methods:

  • Discover
  • CareCredit
  • American Express
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Personal checks

We never want cost to be an obstacle for receiving care, so we are happy to provide estimates prior to your appointment or hospital stay. Estimates are subject to change given the individual unique circumstances.

Prescription Refills

We carry a variety of prescription products at our animal hospital, but please request a refill 24-48 hours prior to your desired pickup time. If we do not have a product in stock at the time of request, we will order the product to make sure you have it before your pet runs out.

Prescription Diets

Your veterinarian might recommend a prescription diet for your pet for a variety of reasons. Prescription diets can be helpful for lots of health conditions ranging from obesity to joint problems. We carry many prescription diets at our hospital so you can easily purchase the brand that is recommended to you.
